Website information
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, insurance, or engineering advice. Project photos, descriptions, timelines, and examples show past work and typical processes. Every property and project is different, and results will vary.
Estimates, inspections, and contracts
Requesting an inspection, consultation, or estimate through this website does not create a contract. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change once hidden conditions, code requirements, or additional damage are found. Work begins only after you sign a written agreement with Zena. The written agreement controls the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and warranty for your project, and it takes priority over anything on this website.
Insurance claims
Zena is a licensed general contractor, not a public insurance adjuster, attorney, or insurance company. We can inspect and document damage, prepare estimates, and meet with your adjuster to review the damage, but we do not negotiate, adjust, or settle insurance claims on your behalf. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy.
Texas law prohibits contractors from waiving, paying, rebating, or absorbing an insured's deductible. Zena does not do this, and you remain responsible for your deductible and for any work not covered by insurance that you approve in writing.
Warranties
Workmanship guarantees described on this website are summaries only. The specific warranty terms, coverage periods, and exclusions for your project are stated in your written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms.
